If you would like to return your package you can do this from within your account Dashboard. To do this, locate the package you would like to return and click on the "Return" action.

You'll then be directed to the checkout area where you will be able to pay the return fee, and submit the return documentation, including the prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt of payment, our warehouse team will return the package to sender.
