Your Dashboard area is designed to be clear with minimum clutter. You'll find different tabs in your Dashboard that show your different requests. 

"Inbox" displays all the packages that are in your account.

"Sent" will display all the packages that have been dispatched from your account.

"Additional services" will show all completed requests such as repacks, inspects, photo services and other special requests.

"Archived" displays any packages that have been archived either by yourself or our admin. You'll be able to delete orders from the archived section, however please ensure that you do not want that order as this will delete the order from your account permanently. 

Invoice History will show all payments that you have processed in your account. You'll also be able to download a PDF invoice of a particular invoice. 

You'll also notice a status column. The status column shows the current status for a package whilst in your account. Read more here.
